I play the violin and I totally the "Angel" theme song... can you put two and two together? I've been trying to find the "Angel" theme on sheet music forever. It's been just recently that I've found out the genius' behind the song are Darling Violetta. Does anyone have any idea where I could find the sheet music for the "Angel" theme?? If you could tell me, or even if you only have ideas, it would help SO much! If you want to email me about it, my email address is AngelDownBelow3@Hotmail.com. Thanks SO much!

I thought I heard something about the transcription being in an upcoming book of Angel Casefiles or something.  Cami would know better as I think she is the one that said it.

However there won't be any violin transcription, only cello.  I don't know enough about the instruments to know if the music is at all compatable.

I was told by the same people that do the Watcher's Guide that they are going to put the music in for the Angel Watcher's Guide. But when that might be, I don't know!

Hey, thanks everyone! O.k., so they're gonna put it in the Angel Watcher's Guide? And it's gonna be cello music? I can convert that into violin music though, so that won't be a problem. Guess I'll just hafta buy the Angel Watcher's Guide, ohh the torture But does anyone else have any other ideas where it might be?? Because the Angel Watcher's Guide isn't out, right? And I wanna get it soon (yes, I'm impatient). Thanks!

cami is the band's pet boa constrictor. they feed her on mice and the occasional groupie. on sundays, they take her for a slither in the park, and show her off to the neighbourhood children.

psst! actually, cami is dv's wonderful singer.

Cami is the Queen.

The Alpha and the Omega.

Our sole reason for being.

The lead singer and lyricist for the phenom we call Darling Violetta.

And the world's greatest example that, whatever God you believe in, he is one hell of an artist.

~~was that over the top?~~

Thanks all for your humorous, if not dramatic, responses Now I feel *very* stupid for not knowing who the magnificent Cami is. But what're you gonna do?
How could I contact Cami to beg for her mercy? See, there goes that feeling of "not-knowing" that I hate so much. You guys have been great helping me *L*

E-mail Jymm at jymm@darlingvioletta.com and ask him to send it to you. If you're really nice and throw in some scooby snacks, bet he'll do it.

Just so I can clarify how ignorant I am, who is Jymm? Is he another one of the band? God do I feel stupid. But thanks a bunch.

good question.  i'd like to think there's some debate on that issue.
(see y2jymm2k topic, or discussion of pbpla 2001).

i have not yet been convinced that what we know as jymm is not in fact either a clone sent down by the greys after they kidnapped the real one, or a grey in a purple jymm suit.  he just writes far too damned niftily to be human.

whoever he is, he sure plays guitar well.

Hey, i'd like to think we are all pretty helpful here...no way to learn unless you ask, right?!

We have king of the purple people eaters (on guitar) Jymm.

We also have the queen la diva, the goddess that makes Greg (and me sometimes) drool, Cami playing the wind pipes

The man hiding behind the drums with beer foaming from his mouth is the amazing Steve - what a website, huh?!

Our laid back man of all hours Atto settin' the mood on Bass.

Last, but definately not least, we have the steel playing, blonde bombshell herself........Gerri.

Does she use a computer??

Yes, I really want to know where I can find
sheet music to the "Angel Theme".
My brother plays the cello--he wants it desperately
as well, and I play the Uilleann Pipes, but I can always
transfer what I see on a sheet to my fingers on the pipes.
Where can I find a website that has the sheet music to 'Angel', I have not found any websites.
Thankyou very much.

There is no website (that i know of) that has the music to Angel.

Only place to get it is from DV directly....and for that, you must ask really nicely.  Even then, not sure if it's possible.

Hope i helped i bit.

The Angel Watchers Guide isn't yet available and there is no confirmation that the music will be included.

The only way to get it right now would be to email Jymm and beg.  Seriously.

Hate to sound weird, (even tho' I try not to and I do anyways) can't you just find the notes on a cello/violin and write them down with the song? I mean, I can do that with my trumpet... but then again, there's only three keys.

But still!! I believe the word is transcribed? Hell if I know, I dropped band 2 years ago... the bastards. Grr..
